Resident Evil is one of those films that I watch because it’s just interesting and amusing for the special effects and destruction. Well come this September 14th, the Resident Evil series is not only having a video game and an anthology collection released in October, but also Resident Evil: Retribution will be premiering worldwide in 3D and IMAX 3D. The popular survival horror franchise is giving many fans something to look forward to considering the PC release of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City in July, the all-the-previous-films-were-a-lie Resident Evil: Retribution movie debut in September, and the much anticipated release on Resident Evil 6 are all scheduled to keep fans busy in the year 2012. The film, of course, focuses on the protagonist Alice, who is once again recapture by the Umbrella Corporation and continues to hunt those people responsible for the outbreak. The cast consists of many characters from the Capcom video game franchise such as Jill Valentine and Leon S. Kennedy. However, both Claire and Chris Redfield will not reappear in the film and that is explained through their capture by the Umbrella Corporation. The movie will take us to Tokyo, New York, Washington D.C. and even Moscow. Additionally Rain Ocampo will be returning after her death in the first Resident Evil film. Michelle Rodriguez will reprise her role as the Umbrella Corporation operative, who is now cloned and includes a “Good Rain” and an “Evil Rain”. Check out the debut trailer below and here’s the official website for the upcoming film.

Wow I though it would be an epic ending to them all but all were a lie? They better have something really good or this movie might just flop
