Capcom announces new Dungeons & Dragons games, Mega-Man game might be in the works

Gamer Informer

During the “World of Capcom” PAX East panel, Brett Elston from Capcom made the announcement that a new Mega-Man game is on the horizon; however, later a rep explained “‘there are still discussions going on about [Mega Man] and that we won’t announce anything until something is ready. We have not confirmed there is a MM game yet'” (Destructoid). But come April 25th and May 16th, Mega-Man 4 and Mega-Man 5 will release on the 3DS eShop.

Additionally, Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara is scheduled to release in June. The game is a refined and remastered version of two games, Tower of Doom and Shadow Over Mystara,  which will be available for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U.

Angry Birds to receive Triology Collection for upcoming console holiday release

Angry Birds will be receiving a Trilogy Collection upon releasing the series to consoles (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo 3DS). Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio will be included in the Trilogy Collection.
“You can think of the game as the ultimate collector’s edition. There are new cinematics, extras and other entertaining content. In addition all of the existing material has been uprezzed and re-treated for the high-resolution and big screen,” stated Petri Järvilehto, Rovio’s executive vice president of games (Game Informer).

Amazing Spider-Man will release later on PC

For some reason and with no explanation at all, Activision’s The Amazing Spider-Man game will arrive on PC in August. The game will be over a month late compared to the launch for the Xbox 360, PS3, 3DS, DS, and Wii versions that will hit stores this Friday. Perhaps the halted launch is due to The Amazing Spider-Man being available on Steam on August 10th, oh and with Steam Achievements. Who knows, hopefully they’ll be be enhancing the game and making it the best it should be, at least that’s what I’d like to think whenever there’s a PC game version release date delay. It seems inevitable that most PC releases get hit with the delay bug. However, the Spider-Man game has been compared to Batman: Arkham City, which is a pretty nice statement.

Until the PC release, you can always watch the film that appears in theatres on July 3rd next week.
