Sega released iOS mini game based on Total War series

Today, Sega released their iPhone and iPad exclusive game, Total War Battles: Shogun; however an Android version is in the works. The game costs £4.99/$6.99/€5.49. The game contains a full campaign and a built in two player mode on the same device. Creative Assembly’s digital team developed this new installment of the series by taking advantage of the iPad’s new high resolution Retina display as well as really focusing on the capabilities of touch screen devices. In addition to the an extensive campaign (27 single-player missions with 18 side-quests toting around 15 hours of play-time) for the iPhone and iPad, the game also honors it’s predecessor by lifting the unit animations of the original Total War games. The gameplay is like the original strategy game; of course you must manage your resources, build an army of samurai and horsemen and archers, etc and defend, capture, and hold territories.
